  Mr. Craven, Ms. Hall, and the entire Chesterfield office provided outstanding service. From my initial consultation, they were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They explained every step clearly and made sure I understood the entire process.   Joe Cravens was fantastic! He helped a family member who was facing serious traffic charges.   I am so impressed with Mr. Cravens and his paralegal Kim Hall. I recently got charged with two DWI's and a felony possession charge. He was able to get the felony reduced to a misdemeanor without me having to go to drug court. He also was able to get me an unrestricted restricted license which means I can drive anywhere as long as I have an interlock ignition device installed. He is intelligent, witty and funny and I can honestly say I'm going to miss him. Kim is on top of everything and always responded to my emails and phone calls immediately. She made phone calls and sent documents really quickly as well. They both helped me stay calm and not worry so much. I would gladly hire him again for anything!
