  I moved from PA to MD and had to add a front license plate. I was at a dealership for another problem and asked if they would also install a front bracket and put the new plates on. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized they had put both MD plates in front and left the PA one on in back. And they had used a lock washer in front so I was unable to get the plates off. Anyway, I got the standard MD plates straightened out, but I knew I actually wanted to switch to a MD organization special plate. I knew I could swap out the rear one, but I would not be able to do the front. And I was NOT going back to the dealer. I looked for mechanics near my home and The Garage popped up and seemed to have good reviews. I figured for something stupid like swapping out a front plate for hey might charge me $10. They didn’t charge me anything. $0. So I can’t comment on how good they are at fixing serious problems, but I know where I will go should I have something come up. My thanks to The Garage for helping me out today! Very nice staff!

  I went to (3) different tire places and 2 were labeled a performance shops. To mount and balance my custom powder coated 20x12 wheels with 35x13.50R20 hybrid tires. And all three declined the job. Said the issue was the 13.50 width was the issue along with the deep barrel wheel. I walked into the "The Garage" just after their lunch break and talked to Jeff and Dylan. Both were awesome to chat with. Jeff without even batting an eye said absolutely we can mount and balance your tire/wheel setup. That was music to my ears. Next day they were completed and look absolutely fantastic. Thanks Guys!!!

  Great service! After my car's 30-point inspection, I received a detailed breakdown via text of the findings and recommended services with parts and labor pricing. I was able to easily select which services to proceed with, and had ongoing communication regarding the status of the repairs. No surprise charges, and no pressure to agree to all recommended services.

  As a woman, it can be challenging to discern which mechanic shops are trustworthy and which are not. At The Garage, I am never worried about receiving the best service or value for my money because they have consistently been transparent with me regarding my vehicles. They are not only professional in their interactions with me but also provide explanations for all aspects of my vehicles in a manner that I can comprehend without feeling inadequate. I am now taking my second new (old) vehicle to them, and I am confident that I am receiving the service I deserve to ensure the longevity of my 2016 4Runner for many years to come!

  They did the work in a timely fashion and were even kind enough to drive a few miles to my place to pick me up so I didn’t have to walk! Will be using them for future service definitely
